Uptime monitoring after you hand a site off
You hear about a problem before the client calls. Each client can have a status page. From $9 a month.
One page per client. It stays private until you publish it. On Pro and Business it can show your name and logo.
US East and US West. An outage opens only when both regions agree. Cloudflare picks the city.
Email when it changes. Mail goes out when the site goes down or comes back. On Pro and Business it can also go to the mailbox a PSA already turns into a ticket. That mail does not close the ticket.
Maintenance and reports. A launch window can cover that client, including checks added during the window. A report can leave those minutes out.
Plans are paid by card through Stripe. There is no purchase-order bill. For MSPs.
