What The Watchbill does
Each site is checked every minute by default, and a check can be set to 5 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or 1 hour. A client gets a status page, and email goes out when a site goes down or comes back. Free includes 5 checks.
On every plan
US East and US West. Each site is checked from both regions. An outage opens only when both see it down. Cloudflare picks the city.
Email alerts. You choose the address. A short note is optional. A new check sends one test email.
A status page per client. It stays private until you publish it. It shows the current state, an open outage, and 90-day uptime.
Maintenance. A window can cover the account, a client, or specific checks. Alerts stay quiet. Those minutes stay out of uptime unless a report includes them.
Reports. Free sends one monthly report to you. Starter adds weekly. You can download a CSV. The signed-in report is in the account.
CSV import. Upload a check list and preview it before anything is added.
Office wall. Every check is a tile, grouped by client. How the wall works.
Domain and certificate. The same check notes when the domain expires and whether the certificate is trusted. That does not use extra checks. There is no separate expiry email.
On Pro and Business
Ticket email. Alerts go to the email address your PSA already turns into tickets. The recovery does not close the ticket.
Webhook, Teams, Slack, and PagerDuty. They send when a confirmed outage opens and when it closes.
Your name and logo. A published page can show them. It still says it is operated by LatticeDDI, LLC.
Reports to a client. The same report can go to a client address. The file opens without a login.
Outage log. Confirmed outages, with a CSV of the minutes, for a client invoice.
RMM. Early access. Feedback welcome. It stays off until you turn it on. It does not run scripts.
