What we store
- Your name, email address, and a password hash. We do not store the password itself.
- The targets you add, the names you give them, and whether you publish a status page.
- The version of these terms you accepted, the time you accepted them, and the IP address of that request when Cloudflare provides one.
- A Stripe customer id and subscription id when you pay. Stripe stores the payment method. We do not.
Why
We store this to run the account, to show you the agreement you accepted, to bill a paid plan, and to publish a status page you turned on. We do not sell this information.
Who else handles it
Cloudflare hosts the service. Stripe processes payment. Resend sends email from thewatchbill.com. Twilio sends SMS.
How long
We keep the account until you ask us to delete it, or until we close it. Write to LatticeDDI, LLC, PO Box 13, Billings, MO 65610, from the email on the account, and ask for deletion. We will delete the account, the targets, and the agreement row, except a record we must keep for a tax or security obligation.
This service is not for children.
