A check is one client website, run about every minute.
Every check runs from US East and US West. An outage opens only when both regions confirm it is down, after two minutes agree.
Each client has a status page. It stays private until you publish it, and it shows 90-day uptime.
On Pro and Business, that page can show your name and logo.
The wall shows every check on an office TV, grouped by client.
One region down is yellow and names that region, such as US East reports down. Red means both regions confirmed it is down.
Wall sound for up, warning, and down is off until you turn it on. A muted tile pulses briefly when its state changes.
The wall counts clients, down, and warning, lists recent changes, and shows the time since the last incident. A yellow partial does not reset that time.
The signed-in overview shows that client count, the time since the last incident, and recent changes.
A maintenance window can cover the account, a client, or chosen checks. Alerts stay quiet.
Email is on every plan. Pro and Business also send a webhook, ticket email, Teams, Slack, and PagerDuty.
Ticket email opens a ticket for ConnectWise, Autotask, HaloPSA, Syncro, ServiceNow, ServiceDesk Plus, Jira Service Management, Freshservice, Freshdesk, Zendesk, Zoho Desk, SysAid, or Kaseya BMS. It puts the Autotask company in the subject, and HaloPSA company and board tags in the message. The recovery email is linked to the down email. It does not close the ticket.
You can import a CSV after a preview. Headers match Watchbill, Pingdom, UptimeRobot, Better Stack, StatusCake, or Site24x7.
Reports cover a day, a week, a month, or 90 days. Pro and Business can mail a report to a client.
On Pro and Business, the outage log downloads as CSV for billable time.
On Pro and Business, a client can send a note to NinjaOne, ConnectWise Automate, Datto RMM, or Kaseya VSA 9. It is off until you turn it on. It posts a note or a link, and it does not run scripts.
NinjaOne, ConnectWise Automate, Datto RMM, and Kaseya VSA 9 are early access. They are built from the vendor's docs and have not been tested on a live account.
Kaseya VSA 10 is available on Pro and Business. It posts a device notification when a confirmed outage opens and when it closes. It stays off until you turn it on. It does not run scripts. Early access. Feedback welcome.
