Dustin Dasal, LatticeDDI, LLC, Billings, MO. The Watchbill is the uptime monitor. The privacy notice is the full list of what is stored.
Where it lives. The account is handled in the United States. Checks run from US East and US West. Cloudflare hosts the service. Results stay with the account.
Payment. Stripe processes the card. LatticeDDI, LLC does not store the card number.
Email. Alert mail, account mail, and a scheduled report go through Resend. The from address stays alerts@thewatchbill.com.
Secrets. On Pro and Business, a webhook, ticket address, Teams workflow, or PagerDuty key is stored encrypted. An authenticator secret is not in the staff download.
How long. Check results are kept for 90 days. The account stays until you ask to delete it, or until it is closed.
Export and deletion. You can export checks and a report as CSV. To delete the account and its data, email info@thewatchbill.com from the address on the account. Stop renewal from the account page. A period that has already started is not refunded.
Passkeys are not offered. There is no public API. The Watchbill does not send SMS.
